Although our shopping cart is administered by Paypal, you can use any major credit card during checkout.  

Note:  You DO NOT have to have Paypal..  At the bottom left, you will see this:

NO Surcharge

We believe our prices are fair and competitve and reflect below market value.   We do not add any surcharges at the end - unlike the practice of our secondary sites like Stubhub, VividSeats, SeatGeek, TicketMaster and other large, national brokers on the TicketExchange.  However, the Paypal shopping cart charges a 3% processing fee (which shows up as "tax.")
 
Confirmation

Once we receive confirmation of payment, you will get an email with your order number.  You can expect your tickets within 1-24 hours during the season.

The 49ers have implemented a policy whereby all tickets for games and parking are electronic.  We will transfer your tickets to the email address you provided at checkout. Expect to receive another email from Levi's Stadium with the subject: “Your Ticket Transfer Offer from 49erTickets4Sale.com" which will prompt you to “Click to accept tickets."� If you do not have an account with Levi's Stadium/49ers, you can set up a free one at that time.

1. If we no longer have any of those games left in our inventory; 

2. Tickets must be returned 30 days prior to the event 

3. Tickets are subject to a 25% relisting fee. 
   

C. If we cannot fulfill the order.  Some ticket owners list their seats on this site as well as others like StubHub or NFL TicketExchange.  If you purchase these tickets before we can remove them because they sold elsewhere,  we will try to offer comparable seats.  If we are unable to find suitable replacements to your liking, we will refund 100% of your payment immediately.  In the event there is a clerical mistake on the site related to the price charged or quantity on the shopping cart and is demonstrated to be an honest mistake (e.g. charging $10 for tickets clearly marked $100 on the page or indicating the incorrect number of tickets) we will arrange to resolve the issue to both our satisfaction.  If unable to agree, we will refund your payment promptly.
