• Canceled Event: In the unlikely event that the game is canceled, we will gladly give you a 100% refund of the ticket price - upon receipt of the unused tickets.  Tickets must be returned within 14 days of canceled event.  

• Your plans change: Due to the nature of ticket sales, we will only accept returns of unused tickets under certain conditions:  

1. If we no longer have any of those games left in our inventory; 

2. Tickets must be returned 30 days prior to the event 

3. Tickets are subject to a 25% relisting fee.  

• Mistake in coding or labeling:  In the event the shopping cart has a typographical error in the description or the amount was incorrectly coded, we will work with you to correct the mistake - either by refunding your money or requesting the balance.  The description on the face of the website supersedes the information in the shopping cart..  For example, if the tickets are $99.00 each on the page but the shopping cart was coded incorrectly for $9.90, then we will request for the correct amount.)
